My background in Work & Organizational Psychology, and Economics provided me with the right toolkit but especially the right mindset to professionally understand both the employer and employee side.



Why Me?

After 10 years working in various strategic HR roles in consulting, startups, VC and corporate environments, I decided to alter direction. I always had the passion of helping and advising colleagues, friends and employees in identifying and pursuing the best fitting career trajectory. Now, it is time to make my insights and knowledge available to larger audience.
